ID Theft
Identity theft occurs when someone uses another person's personal information
to defraud them, creditors, other people, or businesses. Identity theft may include
credit card or debit card fraud, mail fraud, applying for additional credit cards
using the fraudulent identity and other crimes.
If you are a victim of identity theft:

Contact the Bank of Geneva immediately. (Please call toll-free at 800-274–5127 if
outside of local area).

Close the affected account/s.

Contact the fraud department of each of the three major credit bureaus (EQUIFAX,
experían®, TransUnion®) to place a fraud alert on your credit file.

File a police report.
